UA1850 E Economy rewinding machine with 185cm web width
With the UA1850 E rewinding machine, the well-known virtues of a genuine NEPATA solution for rewinding and length trimming of roll media such as plotter vinyl films, adhesive vinyl films, tinting vinyl films, sun protection vinyl films, flock vinyl films, and flex films – with a width of up to 1850 mm – are also available to smaller vinyl film resellers who have a lower daily throughput of individual unwinding and cutting: Because E stands for Economy!
Like all NEPATA vinyl film conversion machines, the UA1850 E rewinds media with high precision, offers excellent ergonomics and safety for the operator, and ensures high productivity through minimal setup times and high web speeds. The winding tension is electronically regulated and adjustable. After rewinding, the vinyl film is manually length trimmed at a cutting edge with dust protection. The machine is conveniently operated via a touchscreen, which controls all necessary operating modes and settings, and features a pneumatic clamping system for 3-inch sleeves (2-inch optional). The maximum diameter for unwinding rolls is 400mm, while rolls with a maximum diameter of 280mm can be rewound. The maximum winding speed is 1.0 m/s, and the maximum roll weight is 25 kg.
The UA1850 E rewinding machine is fully compatible with ConvertPlus2 software, which allows all conversion processes to be controlled error-free from your ERP system – customer rolls and mother rolls (stock rolls) each receive labels with the corresponding running lengths and other data.
