This high-performance winding and cutting machine operates quickly and precisely, thereby increasing your processing capacity. Here are the key features:
Reels and tackle
- Core-less rewinding and length trimming of flexible materials (vinyl films, papers, gift wrapping paper, water-activated adhesive tapes, barbecue paper, Tyvek, etc.) up to 770 mm in width
- Inner diameter for coreless winding approx. 33 mm; winding onto 2-inch cores can be retrofitted as an option
- Unwinding from 3″ or 2″ cores (optional)
Speed and precision
- Winding speed up to 1.0 m/s
- Capacity per hour: approx. 120 rolls, each 3 m long
- High precision in rewinding and length trimming, with a deviation of less than 2 mm per metre

- Automatic cross-cutter, automatic clamping via pneumatic system, digital measuring system, etc.
- Quick set-up thanks to single-sided tension shafts
