We are expanding our product range: from early 2021, a sheet-cutting machine will be available from NEPATA. Here are its key features.
We are currently building the prototype for our new NEPATA S1000 sheeter. The machine is designed to produce up to 5,000 A4 or ANSI Letter sheets per hour – whilst offering maximum flexibility. It will be capable of processing a wide variety of vinyl films, label materials and paper.
Key features
- Precise sheeting with media widths of up to 1,000 mm or 30”
- Up to seven slitting knives for longitudinal cutting; the web can therefore be divided into 6 segments by trimming on both sides
- Decurling device prevents the sheets from curling
- Minimal set-up times
- Operated via touchscreen, controlled by a German PLC
- Automatic tensioning via pneumatic system
- Control via ConvertPlus2 software possible – including barcode labels for sheet bundles and stock rolls
