This is what the sheeters can do
The NEPATA S1000 sheeter delivers outstanding performance: the platform, which we are developing specifically for sheeting, is designed to produce up to 5,000 A4 or ANSI Letter sheets per hour. With high-quality cutting technology, we aim to provide you with highly precise, fray-free cuts.
How it works
Up to seven individually adjustable, pneumatically actuated shear blades cut the material lengthways. This is followed by an automatic cross cut, also performed by shear blades. The finished sheets are stacked on a tray with adjustable guides.
Materials and dimensions
The sheeters are capable of processing media such as plotter vinyl films, adhesive vinyl films, tinting vinyl films, sun protection vinyl films, flock films, flex films, label stock, paper, PET vinyl films and much more with perfect results. The maximum web width is 1,000 mm, and master rolls can have a diameter of up to 40 cm. The maximum sheet length is 100 cm.
The product concept
During development, we place great emphasis on maximum flexibility, short set-up times and the precision that is characteristic of all NEPATA conversion solutions. Like all NEPATA machines, we will manufacture the S1000 to the highest quality standards at our own production facility in Germany. The sheeters will be fully compatible with our ConvertPlus2 control software. This means: full control over the converting workflow, including ERP integration, barcode scanning, label printing, etc. The S1000 sheeter will be available from early 2021. Find out more here.
