The control software is at the heart of NEPATA’s solutions for efficient film converting. ConvertPlus2 is a Windows-based software programme that we at NEPATA have developed ourselves and programme in-house. It acts as the link between your ERP systems and online shops – where orders for vinyl rolls are placed – and the machine that processes the vinyl film, where the ordered dimensions are produced from stock.

High productivity, fewer errors

The basic concept behind ConvertPlus2 is the optimisation of all processes. It is designed to ensure that logistics run as smoothly as possible, free from errors and waste, whilst maintaining high productivity. The customer receives exactly what they have ordered. This means that no goods are wasted due to inaccuracy, nor is the customer annoyed by rolls that are too short or incorrect deliveries.

Labelling as a fundamental principle

ConvertPlus2 operates on a simple principle: all rolls – both stock rolls and customer rolls – are fitted with a barcode label. These labels can be customised and are printed individually for each order.

Complete system

ConvertPlus2 is more than just a software licence: on request, we can also supply a computer peripheral package alongside our machines – a complete system comprising a Windows PC, a touchscreen, a high-quality barcode scanner and a label printer.
